RETURN POLICY

HAND-PAINTED ITEMS

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be allowed for any custom or hand-painted items as they are all unique and one of a kind. these items include but are not limited to earrings, personal commissions, original artwork, and painted clothing/accessories.

All clothing merchandise such as hoodies, printed totes, and T-shirts will be eligible for an exchange of size or color within 3 days upon receiving your package.No refunds or returns. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for an exchange. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees in the event of an exchange.

In the event your item is lost or damaged in transit you can contact me by email at khilaliarts@gmail.com and we can file a claim together. For any questions, comments or concerns you can contact me and I will respond within 24 hours.
